King Khan was initially a TV actor. You might have heard about Fauji & Circus but did you know about Wagle ki Duniya and Doosra Kewal?

KK Menon : 

He appeared in one of the episodes of Star bestsellers. Last Train to Mahakali. This was directed by ace director Anurag Kashyap. 

Irfan Khan : 

He has been acting since 1985-86 (wiki). Then went on to act in numerous popular TV shows of 90s like Bharat ek khoj, Chanakya, Banegi Apni Baat. Most famous of these which I remember was his double role of Badrinath and Somnath in Chandrakanta.
